After all we are not just providing solution packages, but we are also building trust, which we believe is the best practise in any industry.

Every business solution provided has its own feasibility study and further broken down into 5 areas of activities:

Understanding / Knowledge of the Product:
Every business consultant at XRANGE will be provided with up to-date knowledge of the product or the packages they will promote on a day to day basis. An ongoing/e-module training is provided on a monthly basis to keep the information updated as a group.

Technical:
Any basic technical aspects of the products or the packages must be know by all business consultants so as to provide the clients with the technical information that would be required for a suggested business solution.

Standards:
Standards are maintained throughout the life cycle of the business solution provided and is never compromised by us. We review our standard policy and practise the best standards available in the market from time to time.

Quality not Quantity:
Business Consultants at XRANGE are fully aware that quality projects in return brings quantity business relations and the vice versa can never be compromised. We do not take bulk orders at a given time, we take only enough where we can maintain the quality criteria’s throughout the life-cycle of the project.

Keep Promise:
Every measures are taken while training and educating individual team members at XRANGE not to make false promises and promises should only be done if they can be fulfilled. We have our own monitering systems which every consultant is fully aware of and abide by the rules and regulations mentioned in the system.
